1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the JobLink PH service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3User Content

You retain all rights to the resumes and content you create using our service. By using our service, you grant us a license to:

• Store, process, and display your content for the purpose of providing the service
• Use aggregated and anonymized data for analytical purposes

4Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

5Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any content therein. We will provide notice when possible, but reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts in cases of severe violations.

6Limitation of Liability

JobLink PH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last six months.

7Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our service or via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of the Philippines.
