• Profile information, including full name, job title, and social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram)
• Resumes, portfolio links, work experience, education, skills, certifications, and project information
• Job applications, saved jobs, application notes, uploaded files, and employer review activity related to your applications
• Employer account information, company profiles, job posts, events, invitations, and hiring activity
• Auto-saved resume progress stored securely in your browser's Local Storage
• Job preferences, search history, notifications, and calendar connection settings
• Messages, event registrations, and communications with our support team

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our job matching services
• Match your profile with potential employers and opportunities
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send job alerts, updates, and support messages
• Respond to your comments and questions
• Maintain account security, prevent abuse, and enforce our terms
• Monitor and analyze usage trends to enhance our platform

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Potential employers when you apply for positions
• Jobseekers and invited team members when an employer manages hiring activity
• Service providers who assist with hosting, authentication, storage, email delivery, payments, analytics, security, and platform operations
• Legal authorities if required by law
• Recruiters when you explicitly share your profile

When you request account deletion, your account is hidden or disabled immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day recovery period. You may restore your account within this window by logging back in.

• For jobseekers, we delete account details, profile data, resumes, saved jobs, job preferences, applications, uploaded files, calendar tokens, messages, notifications, and related jobseeker activity from our primary systems after the recovery period.
• For employers, we delete account details, company profile data, job posts, hiring events, invitations, team roles, applications tied to the company, uploaded files, messages, notifications, and related employer activity from our primary systems after the recovery period.
• Some limited records may be retained only when required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, payment or billing records, dispute resolution, backups, or enforcement of our terms. Where practical, we minimize, anonymize, or restrict access to retained records.
• Information processed by third-party service providers may also be subject to their own retention schedules, but we take reasonable steps to remove or de-identify data where supported by those providers.
