By accessing or using the JobLink Philippines service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

2Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3User Content

You retain all rights to the resumes and content you create using our platform. By using JobLink Philippines, you grant us permission to:

• Store, process, and display your content to provide the service
• Use anonymized and aggregated data for analytics and service improvements

4Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious software or viruses
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt platform functionality

5Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, access to your account and stored content may be revoked. We will attempt to notify you when possible but reserve the right to act immediately for severe violations.

6Limitation of Liability

JobLink Philippines shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us within the previous six months.

7Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant updates will be communicated through our platform or email. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

8Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
